Leader Sport B2B Sales Representative
Job Summary:
The Outdoor / B2B Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with business-to-business (B2B) clients and promoting the sales of outdoor sports products. The role requires a proactive and outgoing individual who can effectively communicate and present the company's offerings to potential clients. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and implement a sales strategy to target and attract B2B clients in the outdoor sports industry.
Ø Identify potential clients and build a strong network through cold-calling, networking events, and client referrals.
Ø Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of outdoor sports products.
Ø Negotiate and close sales deals with B2B clients, ensuring profitable margins for the company.
Ø Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Ø Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Ø Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
Ø Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market intelligence to Sales Manager.
Ø Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to respond effectively to client inquiries and maintain a competitive edge.
Ø Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions to promote Decathlon products and identify potential clients.
ØProvide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and professional representation of Decathlon at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the Retail / Sports industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales deals and maintain profitable margins.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual, comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Knowledge and passion for outdoor sports products and activities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as other software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly for client visits and trade shows.
